hydraulic steering fill

I'm installing a motor on a RIB for a guy and it has hydraulic steering.
The hoses were off the cylinder... so what's the proper method to refill and bleed the air out on these?
There's no hydraulic pump on this one.
Just the helm, 2 hoses and the cylinder.
