Home Depot sells an industrial cleaner that will do a real nice job. It is ZEP Industrial Purple, and sells for $8-10 a gallon. Mix it with an equal part of water, and it will clean vinyl seats, car tires, and any type of grease. I use it for any kind of heavy cleaning needs I have.

I have used Starbrite Mold and Mildew remover and that stuff works great.

For those pesky black spots that no ammount of scrubbing will remove, best product I have found is X-14 but it is getting hard to find, a close second is Tilex Extra Strenght, sold in the paint section at walmart for under 3 bucks. Just spray it on and walk away, do not scrub. Then in an hour or so was em down with a mild soap and water solution. Use protectant if you want, but be advised that it has been reported that it actually magifies UV and hastens detioration.
