Welcome to washington, you move to Tacoma? I live in Federal way and really like lake washington and lake sammamish here. Avoid lake tapps, too many boats for the small lake makes the lake a giant blender.

Thanks! I live in Dupont. The slip shown in the picture is mine. Its at the marina on the JBLM side of American Lake. 6 months for $270 was too cheap to pass up. I'll keep the boat in my garage in the off season.
