Stalling Yamaha 30 HP - 1985

My Yahama stalls about 30 seconds after pushing to higher RPMs - after achieving mac speed. I can start it immediatly and it seems to run OK at moderate RPMs. It sounds like it's gas starved. Any suggestions?

youll get more responses in the motors section.<br /> Poke the choke when it acts up if it helps.Its<br />a fuel problem.You may need to check every thing from tank to carb but: start with any filters,then check fuel pump.If all seems ok<br /> start at tank and check everything.Dont forget<br /> tank vent and pickup tube in tank,all connectors<br />and connections.<br /> Good luck.
