Swim Platform Mat...Seadek, FlexTek, Cobalt OEM...

Folks,

What swim platform mat(s) do you like the best? Seadek makes customs and installs on some boats from the factory...Moomba for one, I think. Flex Tek seems to only have the teak mats in sheets. Cobalt started offering one on their boats, but I can't find any information on whether is made of different materials. What are your thoughts if looking to add a mat?

Seadek is a safe bet. Truly closed cell and the adhesive they use is great, and it really is peel 'n' stick.

Not saying this isn't true for others, but my research for my own new rig keeps coming back to Seadek (look at the manufacturers who use them; that's a heck of a reference).

But users give great reviews, too.

Just put Seadeck on my Monterey and it looks great. I'm now thinking about doing the whole floor and getting rid of the carpet.

I`ve been researching the same and plan on doing this with my boat when it comes out of winter storage. Seadek is a great product. Another option is Hydro Turf, its a little cheaper than Sea dek, but basically the same product.
