1992 skiray steering system? nfb ss132 kits?

bought a 1992 ski ray with 5.7ltr, steering cable is seized and been told to replace full kit, will this kit be ok or any advice please, http://www.nautequipe.co.uk/teleflex-no-feedback-steering-kits-711-p.asp

my steering goes down the centre of boat so would this kit still be ok or should i replace with a rack and pinion style again?
has a velvet drive so no heavey o/d to move just a rudder.

or what about this one

not a good choice because of the HP / outboard rating - too light for your purpose

Hi bob which system would you advise rotary or rack n pinion and could you link me to a kit please?

does anybody know if a 13415 steering cable will fit a helm which had a 12415 cable on it?
