A 1998 suntracker with 40 hp force worth question (newbie)

What is a 1998 21 foot suntracker signature series party barge with a 1998 40hp force motor tilt and trim and 1998 trailstar trailer worth. It was purchased new as a package,, bimmi top, 28 gal gas tank, and has a 3 year old mooring cover. they are asking 5500.00. It seems in real good condition,we took it for a ride seemed O k to me I think the tack said 4700 rpm maxed out. Thanks for your input in advance...

seems a little high $$- that is a lower end power package & 13 years old- but if it runs great and you like it-go for it

You should be able to see everything you need to while inspecting the barge, "mule". If you like the rig, that 40 hp. Force engine is your biggest concern. Might want to have it looked at by a professional. Not sure about 4700 rpms at wot for that motor. Might do a little research on those specs. If it all checks out, $4-$5k w/trailer is not a bad deal in my neck of the woods. Good luck, and let us know.
