1978 Livingston Pacific Skiff Areas of Concern?

I am looking at a 1978 Livingston Pacific Skiff and I was wondering if there were areas of concern that I should focus on? From reading it looks like the boat has some wood, but I am not sure where all the wood is at. Does anyone know if this hull is majority fiberglass? Is it just the transom and flooring that are wood or are there other areas?

Hello,
I bought this boat last winter and on the fourth day the floor broke. I removed it to find soaked foam. After replacing everything the cost was more than the worth, although I must say it is a great boat for it's size. They made a few newer ones I've seen that look excellent.
