The steering cable connection to the steering wheel on my 1995 sea pro uses a cotter pin and beveled end on the cable cover. When the motor is trimed all the way up and the motor turns all the way to either side, you turn the wheel again and the pin pops out and loose all steering. I think it has a quick connect cable helm converter. Is this normal? It has only done this when the motor is trimed up and the wheel is turned past normal operation.
