Cmc trim tilt

I'm haveing problems with cmc trim tilt. It's only going up will not go down no matter what I so electrical it's the same results. Can some give me any help. Thanks

Sounds like a problem with the switch. Tak the 3 wires off the back and figure out which 2 wires raise and which 2 lower. Isn't green always common?
