cabelas ratchet tite cover vs taylor made eclipse cover

i have a 92 thompson calae 1800 and i need a cover for it. i am stuck between a cabelas ratchet tite cover (i think carver actualy makes the cover)

I have one for my Lowe FM165. The fit is decent. But the extra support and padding is a little off on my boat. The windshield padding needs to be forward a few more inches. Right now, it's right on the seem.

I HATE the straps though. They loop around the trailer. Slows you down big time when you want to remove the cover. I wish the straps were attach to the boat cover.

i was going to get a cover from i boats because i have had good luck getting towable from here but when i looked there were just to many options to choose. i wanna get one at a store so i can take it back right away if it dosent work. and yes this is a great site but a cover is just one of those things that i like to see before i buy
