windshield replacement

I just bought a 1978 Hydro-sport 178vee dull console bass boat. I am trying to replace the passanger windshield which is missing. Can anyone tell me if any later models are the same or if I have to replace both windshields to get them to match?

I think you're going to have to replace both to get a good match unless you get really lucky. If you have a marine salvage yard, start there. There are likely a number of makes and years with windshields you you make work. If you decide to buy new, here is a good place to look (iboats doesn't appear to sell windshields anymore).
