yamaha jet drives

Does anybody know advantages or disadvantages of the yamaha jet drives on their 24 -21 ft boats? Ive owned several boats over the last 25 years all with traditional outdrives. I talked to the yamaha dealer but im sure he wants to make a sale. So if anybody could help me out I would appreciate it!

I dont have one but know people who do. Easy to maintain and very reliable. I will buy a Yamaha jet drive next time we buy a boat. They make a nice boat and are reasonably priced.
