  • 1962 Elgin Boat

I have a 1962 Elgin boat that I picked up for $50 yesterday. I noticed that there are two patches on the hull under the water line . How do I test to see if they leak?

Ok,... Roll it, push it, jack it to where the repairs are at the lowest level, 'n add water...

If it leaks out,... it'll leak In....

Do they Look Bad or suspect,..??
