Ski pole mount - broken!!

Had a great weekend on the boat. First time with the whole family and even my wife had fun :D. The only mishap was while my neighbor had me wakeboarding behind his boat, his wife attempted to pull a tube with my boat and I had the ski pole/pylon attached poorly. It pulled out of the floor (no damage) and went into the lake. Thankfully, nobody was hurt and I had it tied on sufficiently that we were able to retrieve the pole etc. The only problem is that one of the nut/nipple/arm-support thingies broke off the back deck. What is this think called and where can I find a replacement?

Re: Ski pole mount

I'll have to get some when I get home. On a business trip across the country at the moment. Hopefully I can just get the piece welded... Guess I'll see. I'll get pics too just in case I need to hunt for parts.

Here's two pics of the broken piece.
dims: 3" long, 5/8 inch head, .616" ball diameter (15.65 mm)

Do you think I could just get this one welded?

Look for a replacement first, but if you can't find it , this is weldable and will be nearly as good.
