Hi all,

So I have this problem that surfaced this year after taking my boat out of the winter moth balls. It ran flawlessly all last year. All of a sudden this year, the first time out the low oil injection alarm started beeping at me. Checking the reservoir, there is plenty of oil, and it appears to be pumping OK from the feed lines to the carbs. But, and I am not sure if it is related or not, the motor starts ok, idles ok, but at low trolling RPM to mid RPM will constantly die like it is running out of fuel, but it is not. Taking it to WOT, and maintaining it there, the boat runs great. But backing off the throttle to mid or trolling, the thing dies. I ran it for 1/2 day like this and didn't seize up, so I know it is getting oil. All the cylinders appear to be getting spark and have an even compression around 115 psi.

Any ideas or suggestions? weak coil, sensor box, CDI?
