We purchased a SportsStuff multi-person tube in June and I promptly threw the warranty paperwork away. Of course, this past weekend it got a hole in it. So, I called SportsStuff earlier today and explained the situation. Without any questions they took down my info and are sending out a replacement bladder section. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and thought it was worth posting.
