Marine Penetrol??

I have purchased marine penetrol, and plan to apply to the faded, upper surface of my boat. I have recently applied color restorer and wax. Should this be removed before using the penetrol?

I am an advocate of Marine Penetrol...and the beauty of it is that you can try putting it on a small area, and if you're happy with the results...continue. So try a small area to see if you're satisfied, but I think a little better prep would yield better results.. removal of the wax and color restorer will yield the best results.
