LifeSeal vs. 3m 4200

What are the pros and cons of each? I plan on using one or the other to seal holes for a trolling motor bracket.

I have tried them both and the 3m product is always reliable and 4200 is removable. For bolt holes to be filled I use marine tex of marine epoxy (available at walmart) the type you cut and knead.
