don't have an accident with the trailer in tow. unsafe vehicle, could be in court till death. insurance probably will not cover it.

Notice NC was the only idiots that allow 4000# with no brakes!!
I'm pulling the ChrisCraft with the Ram 3500 dually diesel with a jake brake, so no brakes are fine.I could not imagine it being legal to pull that much with no brakes,I see so many small pickups pulling 19+ ft boats that way! Scarey!!
My brother in law tows his 28 ft toon with a Dakota...no brakes! Dummy!
