What's the best marine wax for protecting?

I'm looking for the best marine wax to wax my yamaha outboard. Basically i want it to be durable, protect from the Sun and water. Motor is a 2 stroke which will be used in rivers primarily. Thanks

I also use the same polish. Great product, Seems to last longer. Will polish boat twice a year with this stuff. Makes me go fast........ not really, but a clean boat is a happy boat !

I use any quality silicone based wax and a 29.99 motor cover.

Colinite 870 . The best wax in the business. Apply the first coat and then apply a second a week or so later.

You’ll be good for the year, plus some.
