Help Identify Boat Model

I picked up this boat over the weekend. I can see on the Hull Tag it's an Ouachita model and it's ~14' long. Can someone help me identify the model?

Also, I'd like to redo the factory spatter paint on the interior sides and strip all of the outside back to bare alloy. Any advice, tips or product recommendations would be very much appreciated in these areas.

It just says 1972. It also has the make noted as "Vichita" because the old guy probably couldn't see all that well :laugh:

The title for my Ouachita says Quachita - someone couldn't spell

the official title/registration says vitchita? are you sure it is the state issued paperwork?
