Nah, no full gut and restore necessary. First and second look, needs a little wiring straightened out, motor, some of the tubing for the trim and trim tabs replaced, new outside seats.

unless you used a moisture meter and did some core samples and test drills, dont be sure.

Didn't say I was sure that's all it needed, just a first and second look. I'm currently in the middle of a downsize in shop space from 2700 to 1500 sq ft. So I've been a bit busy. A thorough removal of all the mud dauber clods and a vacuum will be started when the move is completed.
