1987 formula 242 sr1 (I believe)

I am about to pick up a formula 242 boat. I am needing a motor for my other boat. It is clear from the pics the owner posted that it is a twin engine. From a little research I believe it is an sr1. Seems like they are pretty rare. Just wondering if I have located a rare gem , or strip the boat and cut her up.

The 242 SR1 Is the twin engine version. It sits really low in the stern.

That was the last year of the twin engine 242?s. Rare gem, worth restoring.
