first boat rebuild/ fiberglass work

hello all,
Im in the midst of redoing stringers/bulkheads and floor. I am looking for a chemical to remove the wax layer off the epoxy i used to glue the stringers down with so I can start to tab in with poly resin. Thanks

Acetone - Just remember that most polyester resins will NOT adhere to most epoxies.

You started with epoxy, so you need to finish with epoxy.

Water with a little bit of soap and a scrub pad will remove the amine blush.
