If I'm looking at the correct boat, kind of a bass boat, glorified John boat, I'm afraid you're out of luck. A couple of inches maybe, if you were to install an air pedestal or any other pedestal for that matter you would be sitting above the gunwale, and you don't wan't to do that.
The only way I see you sitting higher is to return the boat and trade it for a V-hull with higher freeboard.
