Thru hull fuel vent for smaller hose

I'm adding a built in 15 gallon aluminum tank to replace a 6 gallon portable tank. The only thru hull vents I find take a whopping 5/8" hose. I like to use a 3/8" hose because the volume and consumption rate are very low. Any suggestions or do you know where I can find a thru hull that's smaller than 5/8"?

Most are 5/8 just for the reason of filling. The fuel can go in rather quickly, and the air needs to escape quickly also. by downsizing the hose, you risk blowback when filling, getting fuel all over yourself, in your eyes or worse, fire danger from an errant spark.
