Mercury 45 4.5 hp

Can someone help me with the torque specs for the flywheel nut on a 1975 mercury 45 4.5hp outboard I have been trying to find it with no luck. I have sheared 2 keys now and don't want to keep doing this, any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
