When I set up my butt seat, my poll is bobbing all over the place....this is a used boat I just bought...I thought is was the bushings in the mounting plate, but I ordered new bushings and I get the same results...Both the mount and pedestal are 3/4 (Which I understand to be standard) my pole is 3/4 and the butt seat mount is 3/4..but they they just don't fit right...I feel like i'm doing a butt dance all over the boat...The new bushings are a little to big...I'm I doing something wrong...

Thanks Mav

post pics of the mount and the bottom of the seat.

also, the seats with the 3/4" post have a weight limit of #150

when you jump up to the large diameter pedestal (2-3/8" diameter), the weight limit jumps up to 250

OK hear are a couple of pictures that I took....I was told 3/4 is the the standard for all boat bases...I went to several local vendors, all have setups for 3 /4..As youi can see I bought eveything that had 3/4 on the package...I order the bushings...... I thought I was getting the right bushings...The salesman said 3/4 was the standard...So I have have everything 3/4, but it sems like the bushing in the boat and the one I ordered is a little to big for my pole and seat.....
