Trim and tilt issues

I've got a 60hp Johnson Trim unit that I'm having problems with.
The trim cylinders run up fine along with the tilt cylinder. When trimming down I have to lightly push on the motor to get it down. Then when it reaches the trim cylinders I really have to apply pressure ( stand on it) to get those two in and down.
I've used manual release screw, doesn't help any still without pushing down on it and it's full of fluid with no air in the lines. Any advice or suggestions? I can't figure it out.

Ayuh,.... Grease the tilt tube/ points,...

When ya run it in the water, the prop thrust will push it down,....
