Does anyone know where I can get a owner's manual free (to print it) or cheap (< $10.00 including shipping to Canada)?

I have a pdf of one, but can't print it out?

The brand of motor may help.

You need a printer to print it out... should be able to print any PDF.

Try going to a printing shop maybe...
