New here not to boating.

I just joined iboats and wanted to say hi. So far this forum has helped me a few times. I picked up a 2002 212 Caravelle Interceptor with a Vovlo Penta 5.7 GXI. I have owned Mercury before but never a Volvo. So far I like the boat but it has needed some minor stuff. Thanks so far and hope to learn more.

I got most of it figured out now.. I had to test the electrical system and found out my alternator went bad and the Mando alternator was able to be rebuilt. He said parts are to hard to find. I ordered a new one and today spent the time fixing a few gouges in the hull. The Gelcoat was the only damage. Trying Marine tex but now I kinda think I only needed to re apply gelcoat. I will see how it turns out.
