HIN on Winner 1850CC

Hi folks,

My name is Jeff. I'm a Park Ranger in Everglades. Recently, someone decided to dump a Winner 1850cc in the glades. I took up the challenge to investigate it. The HIN has been scraped off. I wanted to see if anyone could help me out with the location of the secondary HIN. As you know, Winner went out of business in the early 90's. I can't call them up.

most likely the boat was stolen, stripped of motor what ever else, etc then dumped. Florida is the leading state for boat thefts (47% of claims) with Miami Dade being the largest county for boat thefts (78% of Floridas claims)
