I need some tips on how to fix my boat seat, currently 2 of the 4 screw holding the plate down have stripped out making the seat unsafe. Is there anyway to correct this problem, the holes are too large now to use just a standard metal screw and if I move the whole seat over then it would become hard to sit and run the trolling motor. The seats are foam filled so I cannot reach under them to use a bolt and nut, any ideas out there, thanks.
