1991 Chris Craft Concept 207 Question

I just purchased a 1991 Chris Craft Concept 207 and was trying to figure out what something is. Right above the deck fill cap is a plastic piece that sticks straight out (or at least it did before I broke it off). I am guessing it is a fuel vent of some kind. Does anybody know what it is called and where I can get a replacement? Thanks.

Trying to remember on my Concept 228. There was a vent but it wasn't directly over the fill. Probably is a vent though. OEM replacement is probably no available. Search parts on iBoats. Ought to be able to glue a new vent cover in place.
