So we went out this morning and I was getting ready to sit down and rip, the screws that hold my seat came out of the floor. After getting home I pulled the seat and the carpet and the spot where my chair screws to the floor is completely trashed. Just in this one spot though. I'd there anyway to fix this in this one spot???

I hate to say it, but I believe that there is more rot lurking below. The going opinion ( fact ) is that rot starts from the bottom up.
So see how big an area is rotted. Cut back the rotted deck until you come to good wood. IF you real lucky, you can patch in new decking using cleats of wood ( 3 or so inches wide, half under the existing deck, so the new piece has support.

Post some pictures, and the experts can help you out.

the floor is the last thing to rot in a boat.
