Crestliner 1850 Sport Fish port bow light?

Had this 2003 for several years now and still can't figure out what this Is? Just to the left of bow is what appears to be a grill with perhaps a light ? I can find no switch and wires travel in the gunnel on port side. Anyone?

Yes! Ok feeling a little senile but yes that's it. A horn. I knew I had it but never imagined that was the output. Thanks. Was hoping it was docking light

I have those moments as well, but at my age I have earned the priviledge to say "I am having a senior moment" and it seems to keep everyone happy.
