Just bought a Simpson skimmer. What size motor should I put on it?

I just bought a 21ft Simpson Skimmer. It is a cross between a Carolina Skiff, and a Southern Skimmer. Not sure of the weight of the boat but it did come on a single axel trailer if that is any indication. It has a 25' transom. So what size motor should I put on it? I want it to have good power but I don't need a racing skiff. LOL

What's the capacity plate say for max HP? At least 75% seems to be the general consensus.

115, which is what he's gonna get according to my crystal ball. :smile:

There is no capacity plate on the boat. But I did get a 115 for it. Has anyone ever heard of one of these boats? I can't find out any information on it anywhere.I have never seen one before and no one I know has ever heard of them.
