I have a boat just like that, A 1999 Fisher Freedom 2010, It is a 20' according to the registration

Boat lengths are an interesting thing... LOA is different than hull length, which is different than registration length, which is different than what the manufacturer classifies it as. Make sense?!

I've owned boats that were 15.5 feet on the registration and manufacturer tag. LOA was over 18 feet, hull length was just a hair under 17. (15.5 is/used to be a magic number, as being under 16 is often a trigger for fewer safety items and lower registration cost.)
