Rinker Fiesta Vee 280 Any Good?

I was always under the impression that Rinker was a quality boat ranking up there with Sea Ray. Was told this weekend that they are more in a category of quality as Bayliner. Thoughts? Looking at a Rinker Fiesta Vee 280.

Someone was going to buy it last fall and had a survey done on the boat and the owner gave me a copy. Not sure I know what I am looking at but at least I have it. What are some of the top tier builders of boats?

When you are talking about used boats the most important factor is condition. There's no manufacturer whose product takes abusive treatment better than anyone else's.
