I have a 1995 the IP deck liner to 14. I am having trouble with it draining in the center counsel. The only way I can get it to drain is to stick a half inch PVC pipe in the drain hole and pound on it with a hammer. I have run a snake through it and blown 120psi through it and it still won't drain. Can you help!!!
