Newbie here.
Moving to Felton, De.
What is fishing like (typically) off Slaughter beach?
Hope to be based at Cedar Creek Marina.
Any and all tips welcome.

Well...summer flounder, stripers and bluefish are a given. No fluke fishery that far south to speak of. Lots of tog, kingfish, croaker and a decent black drum run. That area used to be the big tiderunner ( grey trout) bulls eye but the fishery is all but gone.

I'm not that picky, only fish I don't like is mackerel. (and sea robins!):lol:
I'd welcome any of your favorite lure recommendations...:D

White bucktails are number 1 thing to have in the arsenal. Ava jigs with green tails. Few different kinds of GULP and you are set for just about anything you will run into.
