Looking for fishing sensai for Biscayne Bay / upper Florida Keys

We just moved to Florida from NJ and are ready to start fishing. I've fresh water fished and been on party boats up north but have ZERO experience fishing in FL but aspire to at least one night a week eat something we caught for dinner. We have a boat, albeit not the right boat for fishing or the keys, but we're willing to work with it until we can upgrade. What we need is someone that's willing to teach us (me and my wife) the ins and outs of fishing the keys. Where to go, what to fish for, what gear to use, how to rig our lines... That sort of stuff. We're not trying to master it overnight, just a 101 course on what and where and when.

Anybody in the area willing to take us out and show us around OR come out on our boat and be the guide we'd really appreciate it. It's a free day of fishing for you and hopefully a great experience for us.
