Yamaha f115 outboard question?

I have a 2004 Yamaha F115 and wondering if the "IAC" valve and the "ISC" valve are the same two valves?

Any feedback would be appreciated!

idle air control and idle speed control should be just different names for the same device

Have any idea where the valve is located on the motor (or a picture would be great!) or a part number?
