No spark in one cylinder

I am having trouble with my 1997 Suzuki DT15C. No spark in one cylinder, so I swapped coils. Both coils are good, could it be my CDI? Is there something else to check? The CDI PN is 32900-89E01 and they are impossible to find.

Swap the plugs and see what happens.

I been fighting a similar issue and it turned out to be a bad plug.

Yes, I tried that as well.

I hooked up a volt meter on the wires going to the coils from the CDI and read ~200 volts on one set of wires and only ~90 volts on the other. The 200 volt wire side sparks good, the other not at all.
