I have a Suzuki DT140 with the Throttle Body EFI (not carbureted) It will run great up to the 4000/4100 RPMs, but if I try to open it up it will run at about 5000 RPMs for a minute then it starts running rough and won't maintain steady RPMs. I can back off the throttle and it will continue to run at about 4000 RPMs. I put in a new Moeller Gas tank last summer and a new fuel pump.
I am going to put in a new Primer ball/fuel line from the water separator (just in case it is bad ...it seems a little worn anyway). I also noticed that the bottom spark plug is very corroded on the outside but it does not seem to be causing any missing.
Just wondering if anyone has any similar issues and what the solution was.
