97 yamaha 130 saltwater series problem

I'm new here and I can't find any info on a 97 yamaha 130 saltwater series. I just spent about 1500 on getting the carbs rebuilt, also a neutral **** switch. I ran the motor and it would bogge down at higher rpm.so I had the guy I had the carbs rebuilt take it back and find out what is wrong. He then swap stator and all the stuff under that. Still did the same thing. So he then pulled the oil pump andpulled the shift out and also put the float in for the oil and tied it up to show it is full.i ran it and it is acting up but after running it for about 10min or so it bogges down and I'll let off almost to neutral and gun it againsometimes it will work and not the others. Please help thanks.

No he is mainly a johnson but he said he could fix it witch didn't happen.
Does anyone know what it could be please let me know soon thanks

I once had a similar situation with my boat.It turned out to be the aluminum / paper off the top of a stable fuel additive bottle get stuck against the fuel intake in the tank.From the previous owner.Every time you let off the throttle it would run fine.Lay on it / it would bog down.
