1999 Zusuki F40 Trim relays

My 1999 F40 down trim failed and up trim also failed not long afterwards,i can hear it clicks when I operate the switch.According to my Clymer manual this motor should have the up relay and down relay,i could not locate either even with all cowlings off.
Thank you for advise.

ever thought about having some one to operate the switch while you are at the motor looking for the relay.
