2002 yamaha 60 hp

Bottom carb overflowing with gas.Replaced float and neadle.Carb still overflows.what next?

The float is either poorly adjusted, has a hole in it or the needle/seat is faulty....it's just like the float in the back of a toilet....

Take it back apart and see what is keeping the float from seating the needle into the seat properly.
trash in seat, damaged seat, damaged needle, no o ring where seat screws in, float not set correctly, or binding up.
could be other things I am not thinking of right now
