Mounting bolt torque help

I have a 2000 Vmax 225 on a 12 inch setback jackplate. I am planning on installing a Dig-in shallow water anchor on a standard motor mount, which requires me to remove the nuts from two of the motor mount bolts that anchor the motor to the jackplate. Once I have done that and installed the Dig-in anchor mount, what should I torque the nuts to on the motor mount bolts? I've looked at several installation videos for the anchor, but none of them give specifics; they just say tighten the nuts back down. Any help would be most appreciated.

I'd just tighten them down "good and darn tight" with a drop of Loctite on the threads....if you have enough threads exposed then you can add nuts on top (double-nut)....stainless steel fasteners....
